Arsenal dominated Liverpool winning 4-1 in a comfortable game for the home team. Bellerin scored the first goal cutting inside from the right. Ozil scored the second goal from a freekick. Sanchez scored the third goal from a long range strike and Giroud scored the fourth goal also from a late long range strike. Liverpool scored a consolation goal from a Henderson penalty.
